The Three Orphans
Mogga Joel now 13 years old, Juan Sarah 11 years old and Kenyi Salmon 9 years old

Mogga Joel
13 years old

Juan Sarah
11 years old

Kenyi Salmon
9 years old
These three were orphaned instantly when their biological parents were murdered in Kajo-Keji South Sudan during the outbreak of the second war in July 2016.
The lives of the three orphans would have been very different under the care of their disabled grandmother (passed on in 2021 – may her soul rest in eternal peace) if it wasn’t for a quick intervention of the Anna & Family Foundation in 2017 before United Agency for Community Development (UACD) took over in 2020.
Today, UACD is supporting the education of the three orphans who live in the house of their aunt in Arua, Uganda. Joel and Sarah are both in Primary/grade 4, while Salmon in Primary/grade 3.
Joel, Sarah and Salmon are bright kids who always have beautiful smiles on their faces despite the absence of their biological parents. They enjoy playing games, singing, and dancing during extra-curricular activities.
They are now considering their aunt and her husband as their real biological parents because of the care and support they are receiving. However, the biggest challenge is the lack of sustainable livelihoods and income generating opportunities for the foster family to provide basic needs for the entire household of 9 children and 2 parents (a total of 11 members).
With your support, UACD will provide the foster parents with the capital required to start income generating small business to sustain their needs in an event they are unable to get assistance from outside. Please donate and support Joel, Sarah and Salmon including the foster family who also have young kids of their own to look after.
Thank you.
