Mrs. Anna Marle
Chairperson
Mrs. Anna Marle is one of the founding members and the current Chairperson of UACD. Mrs. Anna Marle is a great advisor and a promotor who spreads the ideas of the organization locally and overseas through work collogues and friends. She is a resource mobilizer, and a financial contributor to support implementation of the organization’s Programme Projects and Activities.
Mrs. Anna Marle has over 20 years of work experience in humanitarian and development assistance sector worked with multiple Agencies in South Sudan and currently in Mozambique serving as an Associate Programme Officer volunteer with UNHCR since May 2020. She also worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) South Sudan Mission for about 11 years as Programme Management Specialist (M&E/Gender Advisor).
Mrs. Anna also worked with UNHCR in South Sudan as Programme Assistant from July 2006 to August 2009. She also worked with Windle Trust International as Admin/Fin Officer from Dec. 2005 to June 2006 and Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) as Finance/Logistics Officer from April 2003 to June 2004. Mrs. Anna also worked with South Sudan Women Concern as Assistant Project Manager from January 2001 to March 2003.
Mrs. Anna Marle holds a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a BA in Ethics and Development Studies.
Mrs. Anna Marle has a “BIG HEART” over the needs of vulnerable people in need and supporting poor families and communities to have opportunities to improve their wellbeing.
It is this passion and sentiment which motivated Mrs. Anna Marle to strongly support the
ideas of establishment of UACD and continues to work very hard to see that, the organization is on right track to achieve it’s VISON, MISSION, and Goal.
