Mr. Juma Charles Simon is the Secretary General and Board Member of United Agency for Community Development (UACD). He has contributed tremendously to the development of the Organization in various forms i.e. financially and development of organization Policies among others. 

Beside engagement with UACD, Mr. Juma Charles Simon is Deputy finance and Administration Director of South Sudan National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.  He has wide work experience dealing with the private sector. The Organization is an umbrella Body of the private sector that provides services like free consultancy, advocacy and lobbying, Business networking, entrepreneurship, business development, social and market research among others.

 He has also worked under different positions that have made him gain tremendous experience in managing, handling and coordinating business to business meetings, policy advocacy and lobbying. He facilitated internal management organs to fulfill their governance functions and enhanced organization capacity to develop, implement and achieve its strategic objectives, in addition to giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of organizational mission, vision, strategy and its annual targets guided by the core values of the organization.

 Mr. Juma Charles Simon is a Board member representing Private Sector in Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements, Monitoring and Verification Mechanism (CTSAMVM) from 2018 to date and he has undergone various training in different fields particularly in the Business-related areas.
